Conditional formatting rule need help

Hi all,

I need help with a conditional formatting rule which I am unable to setup so it is working.

Please open the attachment to understand my challenge.

I would like to setup a trafic light with RED, YELLOW and GREEN based on the following criteria using conditional formatting:

GREEN = deviation is between 0-5%
YELLOW = deviation is between 5-10%
RED = deviation is above 10%

Please assist me in solving this.

What is the difference with your previous post???
