Excel macrofile that works differently on different computers

Hi everyone, I realise its quite an ambiguous title.

Basically I have purchased an excel file that extracts football games from the internet. When I run it I get different amounts of data on my work pc, my home pc, and my partners pc.

My work PC seems to produce the full amount of games (around 17,000), my home pc produces only (13,000 - seems to miss of german ones) and my partners PC produces round 9,000 with lots of errors at the end.

I have uploaded the file if that helps anyone - the macro's are locked but I do have the password if needed

Hi,

Could you upload an unlocked version or provide the vba password? Also the first obvious question is what versions of Excel are you using on each computer that giving different responses? I am assuming that they are not all running the same version of Excel.

All versions are Excel 2007 - I have sent you the passwords

Hi,

I have to say that this is tougher than expected. The code needs a lot of cleaning and it seems that there is a lot of redundant code and code that is not used by the data capture process. I have managed to clean most of it, but need something to compare against to make sure that my modifications have not messed up the code. Also it seems that the data is being pulled from a gambling website, and I have a strict presonal policy of not engaing or assisting in gambling. My advice would be to go back to the person you bought it from and get an updated version (if possible).
