    Delete repeated value in cells

    Hi All,

    I have a worksheet in following manner:

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    I just want to find the blanks cells in col.A and col.E both. If find both cells are blank then delete the repeated value on next cell/ celss in column C which is shown in red colour; run on the whole worksheet.
