Drawing an ellipse from cell data

Hello all. First time posting here and am new to visual basic in excel. I am wanting to have excel (VB) draw (or resize) an ellipse that corresponds to a height and width (or ratio) displayed in cells. I would like this drawing to update automatically or via action (whichever is easier) as the cell data changes. Would appreciate any help that anyone can provide. Let me know if you require further details.
