How to define data selection

I want to write a macro so I can copy the data from a row that I am currently selecting and paste it into a separate worksheet within the same excel file. I wrote a macro and assigned it to ctrl Q but it always copies the same row of data from my source worksheet.

Is there a way to tell my macro to copy the data from the row I am current selecting?
