Run time error 13 Unable to call User Form

I have a number of user forms within a holiday request worksheet and all work OK until I enter a condition to the code,

User form1 is called from selecting any cell in range A5:A21 (User Names)
Userform2 is called from selecting any cell in range AE5:AE21 (Approval)
If I run this code for userform1 it calls the form, but I get the Run time error 13 when I select any other cell not specified within the range.
If I use the’ On error exit’ function then this is not an issue but this does not then allow me to call Userform2
Range (“E1”) is the current user so what I’m trying to achieve is that only the current user has access to request there own holidays.

Hi Guys

'Username' any name from under January heading,( Password 'aaa')
I have the offending code running for January,If I select any name under the approval heading runtime error,the same error appears on the headings and E1,any questions let me know.
