    Resizing a range

I recorded a macro using the RANGE MANAGER function to reset the size of a range by editting the range and using <END><DOWN> in the hope it would automatically resize. I got this:

Instead of specifying the range bottom as R1621C8 how can I incorporate the <END><DOWN> to resize the range dynamically?

    Hello druid98,

Are you trying to make a Named Range dynamic?
    Sincerely,

Yes, that is exactly what I'm trying to do.

    Re: Resizing a range

OK. I found one possible solution with this code, which deletes the range then re-establishes it:

I get that RefersToR1C1:="=Attendance!R4C23 is the starting point of the range, but what does the ("W4") refer to in :R" & Range("W4").End(xlDown).Row & "C23:C28" (which I presume means to go to the bottom of the range and then across 5 columns)? This looks very promising, but so far it hasn't worked for me and I'm not sure I'm phrasing it right.

    Re: Resizing a range

Why not just create a Dynamic Named Range manually?
    Hope that helps.
