Creating Multiple charts from templates

I am trying to maipulate a macro to run which creates graphs for all the students using a template. I am trying create graphs for each person using the template graph with the sheet name and chart title as their surname. I have attached a sample sheet with the macro "create Charts" in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
