Help needed with reformatting text and fill color in cells

I'm looking for a way to set a macro to change the formatting in a workbook that contains many worksheets.

The problem is that I receive workbooks that have worksheets with "undesirable" color formatting and would like to universally change these without having to make manual changes.

i.e. format all cells with green text (RGB 0,255,0) to black, format all cells with blue FILL (RGB 0,0,255) to some other color that is less obnoxious.

Ideally I would like it to go through all the sheets in the workbook and apply the same rules (if possible)

Here is a macro that will do what you want but it will take lots of time to do this.
