How to delete lots same datas easily leaving one from each

Hi all, I really need your help guys.
I have an excel sheet which contains more than 4000 rows of information. There are lots of same names and surnames in the first column. What i really need to do is if there are 5 same name and surnames, need to delete 4 of them and keep one. If i do it by deleting one by one, it is going to be very hard.

Help will be appreciated

i attached the excel file. Please have a look. There are more 7000 rows. There are lots of same names more than duplicates. I need to delete all of them. In there are around 4000 ppl's name. 3000 of them are duplicates.

in col D2 enter this formula =if(A2=A1,"yes","no")

copy it down

then add yes and no col to the data table

then delete all the "yes"

buy selecting rows and pressing Ctrl+shift+down arrow

then select delete rows

then select yes in the data table.
