Populating combo-box with access db

Hi,

I had a look in the thread below and trying to implement it in my workbook.

Unfortunately I am not able to make it work.

To start of with, I would like to be able to vlookup a value in excel, and bring the results that are located in an access database table.

Also, how do I add a combobox that it will index from access db, "account_id"?

I have attached a copy of the excel workbook and a copy of the access db that I would like to make it work.
