Excel script needed- (with reward)

First of all, I know people cares about money (OBV) so... I don't know how much this script will worth, let's say I'm gonna pay 50$ for now, but I'm willing to pay more.

I have this excel sheet (which is basically a journal).
Each color represent an activity, and sometimes, inside a cell I write down some details about the activity.
What I wanna do is:
1. select an area
2. script recognize what colors and how many cells are filled
3. script sums the cell with same color into another sheet
4. script paste and copy the written details into another sheet

that's all...

So I want to select an area and know how many cells are green, how many cells are orange etc.

Well, point 4 is the less important so don't care about it
