Copy row to new sheet if cell contains x

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to copy a row to a new sheet if a cell contains a certain word.

I have attached the sheet I am working on and need to be able to break the front sheet down by month.

If the 'MONTH' column contains 'January' I want it to copy to the sheet named January and so on for each of the months

The way I have currently done this is by filtering but as it is constantly being updated I would really like it to copy automatically.

Please help!?

Hi, do you also need the row copying to other month sheets where more than one month is listed?
