Mega task to create a macro form based DB

Hello:

Need a huge favor from a VB expert out there. I have attached a excel database which is part formula driven. But over the course of time, this is become a big file and i am hoping to have a VB excel macro form which when run, moves the data into access file or the same xls file (without the formulas will make the file run faster).

This is a food ordering database.

Currently the fields I enter are marked in green. The remaining cells are all auto-formula driven outputs. Fields like taxes and commission are fixed components based on the restaurant.

If someone can please please help me write the code for the form to work, that will be a massive help. I have attached both the form file and the db file.
