VBA Marco/equations for creating reports

Hi,
Is there a Macro or an algorithmic equation that can make a small report from on a given data in worksheet?

For example: lets say I am a fruits and Drinks seller with customers in 5 cities (London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam and New York). Not all fruit types are sold in all these cities and neither are the drinks. It all depends on what my customers demand for. Each time I get an order the information is entered in the table shown in the attachment.

The report should show me in which cities I have customers what products and in which one I dont have customers yet. An example is also given in the attachment.
