Listbox click in search won't populate previously chosen checkboxes

I have problem with a userform with add, find, and amend. Info is added into a excel sheet with four textboxes and 200 checkboxes to choose from. When search term is entered into textbox 1 it will bring up multiple entries into a list box. From the listbox when I click the line I want to view the checkboxes need to populate true or false as they were previously added into the database. I have tried everything with my limited VB knowledge and really need help on this.
Also sometimes when I amend a row in the database it inserts the amended data into the header row and not the row I was trying to amend. Can anyone help?
The user form is only showing a few checkboxes now. I will add rest of the checkboxes after I figure this out. Here's the code as I have it now.

I really need to be able to click the listbox and have it populate the checkboxs that were clicked previously so that the data can easily be amended and changed.
