Copy & paste specific column based on cell reference

I would like to ask for your expert's report to modify the under codes to run properly.

The task is: Cell S2 is a reference cell.
Need to copy the range S3:S101 to the proper column from row nr. 3 where G2:R2 meets the value of S2.

in the sample file S2 value is "2011.10". this value has to be found in range G2:R2. Identify the column nr. (in this case column P) and copy and paste only values from range S3:S101 to range P3:P101.
