Need Multiform Help - How to get CBOs to show lists on separate tabs.

Let me start by saying that I am new to Excel Userforms


I am trying to create a multiform. I want it to have three tabs.

In each tab, I have text and CBOs. When I click "add" I want that information to populate in a spreadsheet.

I have dynamic ranges set up to populate lists in the CBOs.

It works on the first tab, but on the second and third it's not pulling up any of my lists.


What am I doing wrong?
