Display list of clients with completed order

    Hi all

Having searched through many topics and tried various formula cant see what would be best for this, hoping it something simple you guys could me with please?

All i know of excel if self-taught so forgive me if this is a silly Q

    Client Ordered Installed
    A Yes Yes
    B Yes No
    B Yes Yes
    C Yes No
    D Yes Yes
    E Yes No
    F Yes Yes

We have 5 spreadsheets for 5 sales guys and we want to keep tracked of those clients who have had their system installed, display a list of them and another list of those who haven't.

I know how to link the sheets but its getting a list of the clients who have "yes" at installed and those with "no"

    Any help muhc appreciated.

    Thanks

    Nick

Have a look at Pivot Tables, they will do what you are after on the assumption that you already have the above table in your workbook

    Or maybe autofilter?

    Hi Kyle

Thanks for the quick response. Well there is a table like this for each week of the year 5 times over for each salesman (over 250 so was wondering if there is a way to seach for the clients who have a "yes" in the installed column and show this list on separate sheet so we can keep track?

    Thanks

    Nick

    Hi.

I think it would be better for everyone if you sent a small sample of your file.

Never thought of that, thanks, copy of one sheet attached, removed most of the weeks so just shows 1-5 but paints the picture.

    Thanks

Nick, your requirement is not clear. I guess you want to consolidate all week's data and want a list for all clients for whom "Installed" value is yes or no. Problem is for a client in wk1 may be "installed" value is no but it can be yes on wk 2 or 3. So it depends on for which week you want the list. That means you need to put 1 extra filter as Week. If this is the case then it is possible to write a macro to consolidate all data and generate a list.
Please explain you requirement so that we can suggest a proper solution.
