Sort by frequency in a column

Hi,

I would like to sort based on the frequency of occurrence on a column in excel using VBA, but it's been unsuccessful.

Could someone please point me in the right direction? I am attaching the file.

So basically the results should be 486 at the top, then 038.9, and then 576.1, etc.

I am stuck at filling out the middle portion of the code below.
