The attached file has 2 sheets. I want the data shown in sheet 1 column A, to produce results in sheet 1 Column B, based on the named ranges in Sheet 2. Help please.
I know it is something like look at the data in A1, find it in sheet2 and provide the outcome in cell B sheet 1. Named range is "outcomes".

How about just using a VLOOKUP formula?

Brilliant, and what do I place before it to stop the #N/A
I know it has something to do with (ISNA but not sure where/how to place it.
