need VBA code

Hi all,

I want to create a VBA project of employee profiles in which all basic info about employee along with picture. i attached a sample file to know what I need.
is any one is there who help me....waiting for solution
or is there any other solution for this? or any other application which work like this

I would also suggest you are unlikely to find someone who wants to do everything for you. The point of forums like this is that you show where you are having difficulty solving a particular problem and get help with that rather than doing your work for you.
