how to enter data from option button selection

I have a 9 option button array in a frame.
I understand how to use combo boxes to tell excel where to put the score in a table,
but i'm unclear as to how to get it to recognize that button 8 is a score of "90", button 1 is "60", etc...

i've seen looped functions, and i've seen nested if/else, but i can't seem to get either to work
