Worksheet change Event help

I have a workbook that contains multiple worksheets one is called the "Risk Ledger" and another one named "Closed Risks".

The structure of both worksheets are similar. Column A through X and in Column W contains a Validation List with values such as Open and Closed. So the objective here is to cut the row from the Risk Ledger Worksheet when user select "Closed" and insert it into the "Closed Risks" Worksheet in the first available empty row and go back to the "Risk Ledger".

I look forward to hearing from anyone out there who could help me achieve this.
