    Hi All,

May I know if below request are possible to done by macro?

System will automatically send me an email when the date listed in "column J" is "EXPIRY". Also, it needs to email only once and even if I am not running excel or at my computer. I want to use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.

When the Column J is EXPIRY, it will auto email me below information :-
    BU - Column A
    Application Date - Column B
    Company Name - Column C
    PIC - Column I

I have attached here the excel for better understanding.

It can send mail, I'll suggest you have a look at this site

    http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm

It cannot send mail when not open.

A way to surcomvent this, is by having your pc turned on, and then create a windows schedule that opens the file.

Sorry as I'm very poor in excel programing.
Do you mean that it can send me email when the data are expiry?
How to do it? Do I need any code?
