Question Automatically Locking VBA Project Code

    Hey everyone,

I have this .xlam add-in (attached at the bottom; named “Password Lock”) whose function is to protect a workbook (or multiple sheets) with a pre-defined password when it is activated/clicked.

There is one extra feature I am not sure how to add into the workbook protection functions of this add-in and that would be the feature of also automatically locking a VBA project’s code with a pre-defined password when the add-in is clicked/activated.

I am referring to the VBA code project locking that is achieved by manually going into the VBA project code, then choosing “VBAProject Properties” and then going into “Protection” to setup a password for the protection.

Anyone know any code to add into a new module that would also have this automatically achieved through the add-in I have attached below which already takes care of the normal password protection?

All and any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

BTW, are you aware that anyone can open your workbook in OpenOffice, unhide your veryHiidden sheets, and view your protected VBA project?
