Yearly Treatment Calendar based on treatment dates

Hi folks,

Salutation to all Excel Gurus,

I am fairly new to excel macros, i have a problem and i believe this is the right platform to get it resolved with all the experts around.I am looking at creating a yearly treatment calendar, which will get populated with the doctor's name and treatment scheduled dates.What i currently have is a monthly calender (enclosed for your reference, file named Sample1).I got this code from this forum itself.I want a yearly calendar by months just like the one enclosed (attchment Sample Required1).

I was wondering if any excel guru can create a macro for a calendar like the one shown in attachment SAMPLE REQUIRED1.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I know you're not a free labour.However, the forum is to help people with their problems..Hence, just like others i posted my problem to find any one who is generous enough to help..I believe helping others increasing your knowledge and gains you respect, which is anyhow endangered in the materialistic worl....Anyways, I respect your statement and convey my thanks for taking out time to read my post.. I've removed your attachments. Please have the common sense not to post people's names and dates of birth and companies' name on the internet. I seriously doubt they would appreciate it, and it probably is a HIPAA violation.

Thank you so much dude, i am so regretful.I removed it from the attchment named Sample Require 1, i dont know how i forgot to remove from attchment Sample 1.Appreciate your help..Can you please help me with the problem?

I would appreciate if you can please destroy those attchments.Its so stupid of me to remove details from one attachment and not from other....

They're gone from my computer, and deleted from Excel Forum, but I have no way of knowing who else may have downloaded them.
