How to remove unwanted lines faster?

Hi there, how can I remove unwanted lines with Marco?

I've managed to add a mark "x" in column H beside the lines I don't want to keep

But what code/script do i use to make the excel automatically remove all lines where column H is marked with "x"?

You can try this on a copy of your workbook.

It assumes that the word Date is in cell A3 on the attached picture.
