Could use help

Hey there. I am looking for help with a pretty intricate excel sheet we have created for tracking employees daily efficiency based on the hours worked against number of tasks. We have figured out how to get it to do the correct calculations on any given date we select, yet are stuck at how to get excel to understand calculating on a date range. Currently it will only do one day at a time. Any help would be great...
