Macro in checkbox

In a 2 page workbook, page 1, I have 11 options that I would like to select with checkboxes.
Goals:
1. only one checkbox can be checked. If one is checked, checking another clears the first.
2. Record a macro that when box is checked, some contents are copied and pasted into page 2.
i.e. a. checking box in F41 clears check in box in C41. b. contents of [Quote Workbook] F39:40 are copied and pasted to [Quote Summary] D20 & F20.
3. Unchecking a box clears D20 & F20.
Any help or suggestion for this would be greatly appreciated!!!
