Hi there.
i have the attached form which is pretty much finsihed however i have one thing left to do.
i have added a calendar for the users to use to log the date they make the data entry. that works fine.
below the calendar i have a week and month text box. I would like these boxes to be populated automatically based on the information "date parameters" sheet,
so for example if the user chooses 19/01/2012 in the calendar, the week box will show 3 and the month will show Jan.
