    Variable refencing within calculations

    Hi everyone,

I have created a problem (attached) that I hope you may be able to help me with. I also hope that the results of this problem can be put to use in a more complicated spreadsheet I am working on.

The spreadsheet is annotated and explains the problem but essentially I would like to be able to insert a table, containing inputs and calculations, underneath one just the same but changing the referncing dynamically as I do.

I have broken down the problem into 4 stages each displayed on a different sheet.

The only thoughts I have had so far is to have each table renamed with a sequentially increasing number suffix although this is beyond me and is quite probably not the solutuion.

If anyone has any ideas I would be very thankful.

So will the macro for the calculations be triggered from the userform?

    Yes, I suppose so.

So I would like the userform to trigger the following:
    - Add a new "blank" table below the previous one (I have populated the "X" colums in the sheet with arbitrary numbers for now).
    - Change the referencing of calculations for the new table as described in the sheet.

    Thanks

Well as I developed the spreadhseet further I found that the problem could be solved using an OFFSET function and some hidden cells to adjust the output as the range increases in size. I'll post up that sheet so people can have a look once it is a little tidier in a few days.
