Split column of names into multiple columns

Hi! I have attached a sample workbook. I will have an unknown number of alphabetized names in Column A. Could someone please help me with some VBA code that would ask the user how many columns s/he would like and then divide the names in Column A into the requested number of columns?

For example, if the user wants two columns, Column A would list (starting in A4), "Barbara" through "Martindale" and Column B (starting in B4) would list "Matthews" through "Wyche."

If the user wants three columns, Column A would list (starting in A4), "Barbara" through "Gray", Column B would list "Gustason" through "Shirley" and Column C would list "Silverhorn" through "Wyche" starting in Row 4, respectively.

    Thank you!
