Data Sorting, Matching, And/Or Filtering

Hello,

I have a data sorting/matching question. I need to pull out any rows that have the same CO DOC NUMBER, the same LVL 2 number, different LVL 5 numbers and are within 8 POSTING ROWS for the same DOLLAR amount (absolute values).

I attached a sample of the raw data to help show what the dataset looks like. The top two rows should be pulled according to the criteria in the description.
