creating a warning-eg-changing cell contents to infill red when a value is reached or

Hi-can anyone please tell me how to change the contents of a cell so that when a value is reached that is equal to or greater than the cell infill becomes red (this is for employee sickness records so that when a target is reached or exceeded it will instantly become highlighted red)
    Kind regards & thanks

the spreadsheet consists of a column of employees names & the rows are 365 days, with running totals of days off sick. When a value of 5 is reached or exceeded the infill will become red to instantly see who has exceeded the limit. hope this is clear & thank you
