Macro to open a selected file and extract info

I am trying to create a macro that runs in one workbook and then will open a seperate workbook (file path will change, so it must incorporate code that will provide an option to select the desired file), then the code needs to select the desired information from the second workbook (always located at the same location with file) and import it to the desired location within the first workbook.

I do not know how to create this. Can someone please help?

This a simple macro that will ask you to select a file and it will open it.
