Question Create running stopwatch/timer with 1 button (start/stop). No reset button.

    Hi guys

i wonder if you could help me with this. Ive found so code that allows me to add TWO running counters, to the sheet that im working on. The problem is that the code is designed so that the buttons RESET the elapsed time. also the Two buttons, work fine independantly but i cant have them both runnning at the same time, as, each button pressed, resets the repective other. Im scratching my head with this one, as, i Basically dont no anyhting about vba, im just good at "googling". Is a kind soul out there that could modify this code to replace the reset with a stop/pause command and advise me how to allow two to run independantly.

    -UPDATE-

I now only have one remianing sticking point. ive found some beautiful code from JOE WAS, (http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=101576).

This provides a STARt STOP and RESET button. again ive been able to mod the code to create a duplicate timer in A2 as well as A1. I still however they still cancel each other out with the respctive button press. Could really do with a helping hand with this if you could, guys.

    Many thanks in advance

I ran this file and it is perfect for what I need!!
GREAT.... thank you for sharing.... I am learning!

Hey, what about when you stop the timer.... how can you re-seed it with the current value
so it won't start over until you close the spreadsheet. I need to it store the time.... then if you
start it again (without a reset) ... it would keep going, not start over??

    THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
