I first sort the data to get all teh relevant groups together

but the in row732 ,379,34,3 i manually go and do total and do sum.
Can you please help me find a better way to do this
    Thanks

    Re: Calculating Total

Hi mp and welcome to the forum

If i get your point then try with SUMIF.

For example, yo find the total amount of dbsb, use this formula. Same for the others.

    =SUMIF(C:C;"dbsb";E:E)

    Hope to helps you.
    Regards

    Fotis.
