Automatically Dividing a large file into several small files based on a column name

Hi, I have a large excel file titled "Worldwide_Subscriptions" with the following columns (with some example data):

Country, Region, Company, Subscriptions
USA,North America,AT&T,1235679
USA,North America,Verizon,35465457
Japan,Asia Pacific,NTTDoCoMo,32434545

and this goes down to several thousand columns covering the world (around 150 countries). What I want to achieve is to automatically dividie this into 150 seperate xls or xlsx files each covering a single country, and titled after the country name each "USA_Subscriptions" etc. Is this possible in Excel, by somehow using the Country column ?
