Auto fill Date + Double click (time stamp)

Hello Excel Guru's

I have what will I belive will be an easy request for you.

First

When there is data (numbers) entered in cell(s) B3:40 - I want the cell(s) D3:D40 to auto fill with the date.

Second

If I double click in F3:40 - Time stamp with current time h:mm
And the same with G3:40 - time stamp with curret time h:mm

Thrid

If the data is deleted from B3:40 - Delete everything in that same row b:h

This worked ... but can we tweak it a little ... I forgot that H has a formula in it so can we have it clear data in C:G only.
