How can one ignore all spaces to shift filled cells to the left of the worksheet

    Hi,

How can one shift the filled cells to the extreme left of the selected part of the worksheet? Is there a macro that can help here. The data I have is very large and removing the blank cells manually is not an options
Let's say the worksheet looks like this: consider the underscores as spaces
    A B C D E F G H
    _ 1 2 _ 4 2 _ 1
    1 _ _ 1 _ 1 2 _
    _ 3 1 5 _ _ _ 1

I need it look like this:
    A B C D E F G H
    1 2 4 2 1
    1 1 1 2
    3 1 5 1
