Macro to save automatically excel sheet in every 2 minutes

Hi

I need a macro by which my excel file should save in every 2 or minutes so that I never lost my work in I forget to save.

Please do the needful. i would like to mention here that I work in US Eastern time zone.

I will give you the reason...but first I would like to tell you that in my office people some time forget to save ( CTRL+SAVE) their MIS and consequnce " Data get lost" .

Reason is that standard autosave option does not work there.

Sorry to say but this macro is not working in my sheet or may be I am not able to understand where should I save this macro.

I request you to give me a excel sheet attached with this macro.

I want that my excel mis should save in every 2 minutes.
