Copy Filter Range to new worksheet error

Hi, I included a test book that may help with the issue I am having which is:

I dont have the problem till the script runs on pro3 the scirpt is the same as pro 1 and pro 2 which work fine, the script appears to copy the data to the new worksheet but then errors out with a (runtime 1004 copy method of range class failed). But the data copies to the new worksheet? seems confusing because it's the same script just the data values changed.

Please take a look and let me know what you think the problem could be.

Can't tell why it does not work but if you let the "On Error Resume Next" it seems to work just fine.
You just have to remove the line "On Error GoTo 0" in all of your procedures.
