Unhappy Macros Guidance to create Charts

Alright, so I keep a daily enrollment file for the school district I work for and I've asked to create a line graph for each school using a macros. Problem...I have never done a macros. Basically what is being asked for is a worksheet that has a "Org Number" button and when clicked, the user just enters the 3 digit org number and then two line charts pop up, one for the total enrollment of the school and another that breaks it down by grade. To take that a step further, he doesn't want the dates showing on the X-axis as it will become too cluttered. Also, it needs to be made in a way that the chart can update as I update the sheet daily...so an open ended end date.

I've attached a sample of the current workbook, the two sheets that need charts created from them are the "formatted total" and "formatted by grade" tab. I've deleted the other tabs that contain the data.

    Any help from the experts?
