Auto-fill

Hi,...
Simply i have a workbook with a row for serial number which starts with 1 and ends at 999 but i have a problem; its supposed to be like this { 001-12, 002-12, 003-12,.....999-12 }. i cannot do it with auto-fill so i need a code to do it automatically and then ill copy and paste it.
