Auto Updating Spreadsheet with Information in a different order

I know some excel basics, but that's about it. I need to know if there is a way that information entered on 1 spreadsheet can be auto updated to a dashboard spreadsheet in a different order.

On the data entry page, I have a list of 8 criteria with a formula that results in a final percentage score. Ideally, I would like to just plug in the numbers and have it auto update on the dashboard page, showing only the 5 lowest scores, auto arranged from lowest to highest percentage. If it's not a possibility to do that, I would at least like them all to appear from lowest to highest.

I've been told that I may be able to use a macro, but they didnt know for sure....even if they did, I dont know what to do with that info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
