Pulling data from mutliple windows, and pasting the data in worksheets/tabs

Hi,

I have a bunch of windows with data in them that I need to pull from multiple window screens. The screen's are to be broken down by people's name (i.e John Doe, Mark Casey, Jamie L, etc.). What I need to happen is for a macro to pull each person's screen and have these two things happen

1) combine all the data together on one tab (That way I can get a total summary of all our products trading)
2) Have each person's position that I am pulling, be copied to an individual tab - so I can have an individual analyses of each person's current position.


I am really new to macros and wondering if this is possible. Thanks!
