Check for duplicate, then if found check for any changes in a different column?

    Hi,

I copy and paste information direct from SAP into EXCEL daily to check if any new items have been added to a particulart list. I paste the new list directly under the list from yesterday and use conditional formatting to highlight the duplicates of column A (showing the new items as unhighlighted). I then delete the duplicate rows manually on the lower list.

My question is while checking for the duplicates in column A between the two lists, and a duplicate is identified; is it possible to highlight any changes to say column B?

    eg.29-02-2012 11-06-50.jpg

Can the increase in List 2 Column B for value 234 be identified between the duplicates?

    Hope this makes sense?

    Thanks.

How do you want the changes to be highlighted? Just in a different color?

If i understand correctly: the change in column B makes it a non-duplicate? See attachment.

Arlu1201 - Yes just a change of colour would be ok. Anything really just to make me aware there is a change.

WHER - It is only column A that I am checking for duplicate values, then I wanted it to check column B to identify any change.
