Countdown cell from specified time HH:MM:SS in another cell

Hi everyone!

I would like to set a countdown in a cell with a given time from another cell.

For instance, I would type 1:30:02 in cell A1, push a button to activate the macro and I would see, in cell B1, 1:30:02, 1:30:01, 1:30:00, 1:29:59...

If possible, I would also like the cell to turn to a different colour when it arrives to 0 and reproduce a sound from a linked audio file.

Am I asking too much?

Well, I am just trying to make a homemade version of Scattergories and I don't want to use my mobile phone for the countdown...

Now you will understand my problem with the random letter in my previous thread. :P

I have research this from a previous thread, this particular thread wanted to have a timed test using excel.
Unfortunatley, using a timer in excel requires the macro to always be running and you would not be able to use the sheet.
This is one of the things I was going to get into more and will get back to you on this.
