Best resources/materials for learning VBA?

I'm switching fields from Technologies to Finance and am currently trying to pursue a career in Equities Research/Financial Analyst, so I'm trying to learn Excel at the moment.
Does anyone know of any good resources [online websites, books, videos] that they would recommend? from beginner level all the way to advanced. [especially areas that focuses more on Finance - equities research, financial analysis, modeling]
I have experience in programming, so VBA shouldn't be too much of a problem.
